Shayla Curtis


Shayla is a mom of 3 young and wild boys and is passionate about helping others reach their goals. She’s a fitness professional, collegiate athlete, and healthy lifestyle advocate that loves to share her passion with others so they can do the same! She encourages others to do things that challenge and change you. She believes we should be continually striving to grow and that we are not called to be mediocre, but we are called to be great! Shayla has her Sport Nutrition Certification and her HIIT Training Certification.

Ashley Polk


Ashley’s journey began at a young age in athletics. Her dedication and determination allowed her to compete as a collegiate athlete, as well as at the national level in swimming. She is a mother of four, is a Certified NASM Nutrition Coach and owns her own Online Fitness Business, AP Fortify. Her passion lies in helping others reach their highest potential with a positive and encouraging coaching style. 

Shauna Fogg


Shauna is a momma of one and her true passion is to encourage and guide individuals to be the best and happiest version of themselves through health and fitness. A severe knee injury ended her dreams of playing collegiate soccer, but she found herself in fitness and coaching others to do the same. She is a CPT and leads group training classes regularly as well as provides nutrition guidance to help her clients achieve the success they are working towards! She owns OneLife Body Composition and truly believes in providing these scans to help promote overall health and wellness.

E’boni J


E began his training career with the intention of helping as many people reach their full potential through health and fitness. With a Bachelor’s degree in exercise science, a collegiate athlete, certified personal trainer, and performance exercise specialist, E has had the opportunity to impact lives from all different backgrounds. He is passionate about providing a positive, uplifting and impactful experience to each and every client. He specializes in group training, one on one training, performance coaching, and nutritional guidance.
